Suggest Treatment For Severe Arthritis In Lower Back And Hip Area

I have severe arthritis in my lower back and hip area. I get injections in my back on a regular basis occasionally, I have to get an injection in my hip, I am waiting for the appointment for that, in the meantime, I am getting a lot of pain, shooting pain and burning sensation in my hip and down my leg, and in my knee area. I have had both knees done with total knee replacements. My question, can the burning sensation be from the hip pain and lower back pain on the nerve?
