HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the finding is there may be insignificant and it is nothing to worry, for the symptoms it may not be due to any pathological changes and some time it becomes difficult to find the cause of symptoms but it can be said that it is not serious and will not cause any harm to life, it may be due some hormone changes hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
