Suggest Treatment For Severe Back And Abdominal Pain

So I was spotting 5 days leading up to my period which was supposed to been have started yesterday and today still nothing.I was cramping, nauseated, breast was tender,lower abdominal pain and back pain but now it stopped.Could I be pregnant.I took a home pregnancy test but it was negative well it was every faint and had to be in the light to see it and it did show within 4 minutes.

Hi,

Pregnancy is unlikely. You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not. As of now you can take drugs like Mefenemic acid for pain.

If symptoms persists better to consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound to rule out conditions like pelvic collection.
