Suggest Treatment For Severe Back And Abdominal Pain
Hi. I just had my period which was 4 days early I have regular cycle of 28 days. And my period last 3 days but this time it last only 2 days. I am bit worried as me n my husband are planning baby since last three months but unsuccessful. My question is that I was having light back pain & abdominal pain on my 5th day of period which is very light & comes and goes but today on 7th day I feel so often & severe pain. Can you please tell me what would be the reason. Thanks

Hello,
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
