Suggest Treatment For Severe Back And Neck Pain

hi iam a 60 yr old male with test levels of serum test at 223 and free test at 3.9......i have severe lower back pain and often severe neck and upper back pain under my scapula regions.....i have had spinal fusions at c-5-6 and c6-7 but have had no problems from that until i tested for very low test about two years ago. my uroligist put me on 5mg a day of androgel cream fro one year and my serum test shot up to 1275. he weened me off to 2.5 and then to nothing. that was about 10 months ago. i developed these back pains after i stopped taking the androgel 9 months ago. can my low test be causing these pains?
