Suggest Treatment For Severe Back And Stomach Pain

I have severe back and stomach pain, nausea, feel bloated, and chilly. It came on me last night after dinner and again tonight but worse. I felt fine during the day~just tired and my arthritic hip is hurting more too. What should I do ? Thanks You. I live alone but with you there I feel a bit better.

Hi

You have both the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and arthritis.
Always allow a gap of one hour between meals and sleep.Lying down on left side is beneficial.

Proton pump inhibitors or antacids can be taken to reduce reflux symptoms.

Hot fomentation and pain killers can reduce hip and back pain. Physiotherapy can reduce the discomfort.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
