Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Tiredness

i have been suffering from tremors in my legs and arms,had severe back pain,pins and needles in my legs,tiredness.i have had various tests done with a brain mri and chest x-ray pending.previous mri showed a lumber compression but so far nothing else.do you have any ideas as to what the problem could be?
