Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain When Diagnosed With Osteoporosis

Hi I am taking too many tablets, I use to get upper back pain ocassionally like catch, whenever there is strees and strain, and it stays for 4/5 days and goes completely, but spasms are very painful first few days, I get neck pain almost yearly once, even it stays for few days and goes.I am taking Methyl cobal 3 times a day,Saz 2times,Gaba pectin 1tablet, Shelgain 500 oncea day, then Ostero Fos , Methotrexate , Folvite, Shelgain D3 satchet once a week. I have Osteoporosis -1.8 spinal, and -2 wrist. There was swelling in ankles now it is better.

The best analgesic approach consists of assembly of following

- analgesic spray or ointment application over local part

- heating pad application

- postural adaptions

- assisted physiotherapy

- analgesic medications as Tramadol Hydrochloride, Diclofenac Sodium, Etoricoxib, Celecoxib or else as per the physician preference after clinical evaluation

- epidural analgesia in selected cases referred to pain specialist
