Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

I have had back pain for several years. Over the last few months it has gotten worse. My doctor has me on Lyrica and hydrocodone, but I m still in pain. Mostly when I walk a distance (about a block) or bend over forward. (it feels good to bend backwards) I lose the feeling in my right foot, and my right calf begins to throb. I have severe pain in the center of my lower back and both sides of my hips. The pain medicine has no effect when I m bending over forward or walking.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here it could be sciatica, MRI need to be get done, and it may be surgical problem, medicine may not cure this, till then you can try physiotherapy, (You have not mentioned your age and gender else something better could be thought) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
