Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

I get pain it the muscle in my back the one next to the spine it start a year ago after I had a kidney stone did test with my doctor and she said it must be muscle It’s with me always, some times after a hot shower or excise it goes away but then comes back. I have been to physio and chiropractor but it’s still there. Do you have any ideas

it can be due to paraspinal muscle spasm or other cuase like cold abscess or inflammatory cuases like ankylosing spondilitis. MRI SPINE is useful for diagnosis.
