Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
im 7 feet tall and I suffer from back pain as a result of chairs, cars, and pretty much anything else designed for average sized humans. Aleve and tylenol don t work them well and taking them too often can damage my liver, so what should i do? I ve tried stretches and a variety of other weight training techniques but it hasn t helped.
As you already have taken the medications which aren't helping along with stretching and weight training I will advise you to take the MRI scan, as the pathology can be unveiled.
Also on the physiotherapy front I will advice to take hot water fermentation initially, then do slow low intensity core stability and static exercises for the lower limbs.
Then go for back strengthening exercises. Usually, the start of any exercise has to be low intensity and free exercise rather weights.
As the free exercises are always within the physiological limits of the body and not much damage can occur.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
