Hi. Sorry to hear about your problem. Although the details provided by you are too less to reach to a diagnosis and little more info may be needed. But lets try to figure out some thing with information available. As per your description, you have pain in the right side (of abdomen) rediating to back and pain is of recurrent nature most likely possibility would a kidney disease (stone/obstruction/infection). Incase of infection , you will also experience high grade fever and possibilty of burning urination and/or pus in the urine.
Next possibility would a an ovarian pathalogy (cyst/torsion) incase of ovarian cyst you will be having periodic pain in right lower abdomen varying with the menstrual cycle.
Lastly there can be possibility of acute appendicitis which may be associated with history of fever, loss of appetite, vomiting etc.
So the plan here is to consult a radiologist to get ultrasonography of abdomen done and it will help in reaching to a conclusive diagnosis. Afterwards you may need to visit a gynaecologist/urologist/general surgeon according to the nature of pathology. hoping these lines might help you.
Regards
