Suggest Treatment For Severe Blackheads Under Armpits

Hi I have had NUMEROUS blackheads under the armpits for years now. I used to use cream deodorants and switched to gel and noticed there was a decrease in the inflammation however, my armpit is FULL of blackheads. What steps can I take to have these removed?

Such symptoms are usually seen in corynebacteria infection.
A combination of fusidic acid and clotrimazole works well.
