Suggest Treatment For Severe Bleeding And Pain After Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage a 6 weeks ago and still feeling terrible with bad cramps had 4 ultrasounds and the Dr. said there is fluid around my ovaries. I am still bleeding with sever pain. the Dr. opted not to give me a DNC because it was a natural miscarriage. How long can I expect this pain? Thanks, D
