Suggest Treatment For Severe Blurred Vision, Leg Pain And Difficulty In Swallowing

I dont know what to do, my symptoms include memory problems , dialated pupils ,blurred vision double vision , pain in my legs , swallowing problems, cognitive problems and i see in 3D .. and very itchy all over ..have had MRI before my vision changes but came back clear..
