Suggest Treatment For Severe Body Aches And Pain In The Legs And Arms
Hello- I am a 59 year old woman who is over weight, I weigh abOut 243 lbs. for about it the last month, when I get Out of bed in the morning, every part of my body aches, toes, ankles, legs, arms, hands and it really doesn t subside much during the day. Any ideas?
The first and foremost thing is to have a proportionate body weight with respect to your age. At the age of 59 when the degenerative process of body has already started being over weight adds up to it and already in an age around 59 years the synovial fluid of the joint lessens thereby reducing the lubrication of joints, cartilagenous joints loose their elasticity, becomes stiff, and an over weighing body certainly adds more pressure to it.
Reducing the weight with gradual exercise plus regular oil fomentation of joints to increase the circulation of fluids and for symptomatic relief some pain killers with muscle relaxants such as Thiocolchioside will certainly do. Soft foot wear, using western style of toilet and avoiding sitting on floors.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Eshan Awasthi
