Thank You for contacting HCM.

In most of the cases it occurs because of not taking adequate rest taking stress. I would recommend you following things:
> Take off from work for 2-3 days
> try to reduce stress
> Take naproxen twice a day for 3 day
> take oil and ask family member to massage on your back
> Avoid lifting heavy weight
> Take acetaminophen for fever
