Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that due to hitting with the wall there has been injury to the soft tissues leading to pain and swelling..
On the other hand bruising seems to be due to perforation of the blood vessels that are superficially located leading to accumulation of the blood into the soft tissues..
If the knuckles are tender and looking out of shape there can be displacement or
fracture of the knuckles..
But it can be confirmed only after a clinical evaluation and investigations like
x ray..
I would suggest you to consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated..
In case if there is fracture reduction of the fractured segments followed by immobilization using a cast can be done..
In case if there is no fracture and only
soft tissue injury then you can apply
Heparin gel to fade the bruises..
You should do alternate warm and cool compresses..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
You should avoid over exertion of the fingers for faster healing..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
