Suggest Treatment For Severe Bruising On The Hip Of A Child

My 5 year old fell and landed on a scooter stand and has the marking from it on her hip it s badly bruised and its purple never seen nothing like it also she has been complaing saying she can t walk no more after only a few steps and is wanting just to sit down n not move

Hello,

The symptoms of your child seem to be related to the injury. I recommend using cold compresses for local application. I also recommend using a vitamin K cream for local application. The bruise will heal itself in a few days.
