Suggest Treatment For Severe Burning Sensation In The Buttock

Hi, I tanned today and I always re-wipe the bed before getting in. I got out and one place on my butt cheek I felt a tingling/ slight burning sensation. I just looked again, as it is itching slightly and its a pink patch now. What can I put on it and is this a heat rash? Or sweat dermatitis??

Dermatologist 's  Response
I think it is a case of sun burn. You should apply mometasone cream over pink patch for few days along with a good sunscreen over your entire face and should avoid going out in sun or use photoprotective measures like usage of hat, sunglasses and full sleeved clothes.
