Suggest Treatment For Severe Burns On Arm From Gasoline Fire

My husband was burned on his R upper forearm from a gasoline fire. At the present time, the skin is red w/blackened peeled back skin. In some areas blisters are forming again. He initially used alcohol swabs to clean it since this happened at work. Once home, I put silvadine on it to take the burning pain away. Today, I applied more of the silvadine and a patch to keep it clean while at work. I need to know what I should do since it really needs to be cleaned properly and he will not go to the doctor. It looks like it s most probably a 1st and 2nd degree burns. What should I clean it w/and should I remove the peeled back skin?

Hello
Silver sulfadiazine is the best ointment for local application . Wash this ( burnt portion ) with mild degree povidone lotion ( diluted ).
Only pour solution , don't rub or don't pill skin over burnt portion , let it dry ( maximum ) . After dryness apply thick coat of silver sulfazidine twice in day .
Take the best antibiotics like ceftrizone 1 gm I/V twice in day for 10 days .
Aceclofenac 200 mg CR twice in day orally .
If there develop pus or yellow crust , consult a doctor .
But this is a prescription so take help of some doctor.

Strict anti septic precaution.
If burn is 1st degree ,it will take 10 days , if 2nd degree 1 month.
