Suggest Treatment For Severe Cervical Infection

past 4 yrs i have one or other problem with cervical . 2 yrs back doctors advice me to take USG abdomen and pelvis which come normal and pop smear which comes with result saying infection . And recently did again pop smear where in now Doctor adviced to do cauterization .But scared to do . is there any medicine are available to cure this without cauterization
