Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Breathing Problem

hi iam 17 years old and weigh 160 and last summer around this time i got very sick pretty much over night because one day i was fine the next i was sick. i lost all energy had sever chest pain and had many random werid symtoms like rashes on my body lose of feeling in my hand on my left side and breathing problems i went and got checked out in the er from my sever chest pain my oxygen levels were 76% and the kept me for a couple hours and sent me home becuase i was in there that same moring and checked for mono and other things but nothing came back positive but said if it got worse come back. since they wouldnt help me there i went to my regular doctor the next day and with my mom in the medical field we ran everything they could think of and nothing i kept going and going but finally after 2 mouths they redid my mono test and found out i have had sever mono and checked my spleen since i had side pain as well and it was fine but it doesnt explain all my other symtoms. is there somethin to explain this?
