Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath
I am a 42 year old female in good health. But over the past two weeks I am having pain in the center of my chest. The pain wakes me at night. I have also noticed shortness of breathe when doing simple things - walking up hill, climbing stairs ( this is out of character for me).

Severe chest pain and shortness of breath may be due to many reasons like cardiopulmonary causes,acidity etc.
You may need clinical correlation and few investigations.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver and renal function test,lipid profile,chest X-ray (PA view),upper GI endoscopy,ECHO,TMT,ultrasound of abdomen.
Further investigations may be advised after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
