Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain When Diagnosed With Cirrhosis

I have cirrhosis and have just started taken hydrochlorothiazide for the edema in my legs. I have started to have sever pain om\n the left side and chest pains , and a slight fever. this medicine is the only thing new . could this medication be inflaming my liver to cause the sever pain

The dehydration from the diuretic action of the hydrochlorothiazide can reveal the facts of chest discomfort in some cases.

Usually, in recommended clinical doses, liver damage is not the primary effect of hydrochlorothiazide medications.
