Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I am a male 47 I have a strong chest pain almost like a pull from the inside on my left side above my chest inches from my nipple. so strong I need to stop what I am doing. it last about 15 seconds and goes away. this occurs several time a day. no change in diets, nothing different in everyday activities. no arm pain or shortness of breath.

I can understand your concern.
You are having intermittent, severe chest pain. This is common in heart related diseases.
So we should first rule out cardiac diseases.
So get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg and 2d echo.
If all these are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes muscular spasm can cause similar type of chest pain.
So take painkiller and muscle relaxant. Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out cardiac cause for this.
