Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I have been in really bad pain in the chest this is the second day. Pain is 2inches from my chest bone on my left side and about 2 inches north of my nipple i also have pain in the back almost the exact ther side of this pain. The back feels like a muscle pain and the front is not in the pec muscle feels more like the ribs I have not done anything strenuous recently im 42 and a smoker I also take 1 cc of liquid testosterone per week

Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of severe chest pain, I would come up with two possibilities, these include:

1. Peptic ulcer disease is the first possible cause but you need to take antacids to get relief from that and you will feel fine soon if it is PUD.
2. Second one is the cardiac cause which is myocardial infarction in which you will have similar symptoms but to know exactly you need to take an ECG, Cardiac enzymes test done As it is an emergency you need to consult your doctor as soon as possible. You are having risk factors like smoking so ruling out this cause is most important.
