Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

My son is 38 now he was diagnosed with pulmonic Stenois at 9 years of age with the valve operations at 30percent he has been having chest pain weakness nauseous faint for about a week he did get in today with cardiovascular he said his heart sounds good no in large to heart did ultra sound ekg echo. We he is having stress test tomorrow and go home with a 24 heart monitor. As parents I m worried can this valve be replaced or can he develop some disease????

Hi,

Nitroglycerin — usually taken as a tablet under the tongue — relaxes heart arteries, so blood can flow more easily through the narrowed spaces. Some blood pressure medicines also relax and widen blood vessels. Aspirin. If doctors suspect that your chest pain is related to your heart, you'll likely be given aspirin.
