Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain

I am having sometype of attacks with extreme pain in my chest it feels like something is swelling up u der my breast bone i can not get comfortable laying down sitting or standing the pain is constand during the attack and then goes away there was on4 e night i had two such attacks about 2 hours apart

Hello,

We have to rule out possible cardiac causes like angina.

Consult a cardiologist and get an ECG done.

As of now, you can take analgesics like tramadol for pain relief.
