Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold Along With Difficulty Breathing And Pain In Upper Chest
I am getting over a very bad cold where I had a hard time breathing and with any exertion my lungs burn. Now I am having pain in my upper chest and it almost feels like there is something stuck in my throat, but not quite. Do the following...
Take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day
Drink hot liquids and soups
Avoid cold drinks
Put Nasal dencngestant drops like OTRIVIN 2-3 times a day with one drop in each nostril.
Your symptoms shall clear in next 4-6 days.
For pain up can take paracetamol one tablet as and when required.You can take 4 tablets a day.
