General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I can see that your child is taking all the necessary medications for his respiratory infection.

Needs time to recover. Give multivitamin containing vit.D and calcium, and C especially in order to enhance immunity.

Raise his head when sleeping at night to avoid coughing attacks.

Aerosol therapy can help, can mix Clenil (half) and saline 5 ml twice daily.

Give all the medications as prescribed.

Wish fast recovery.
