Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold And Cough In A Child

Hi Sir. My son 2.8yrs is suffering from fever from morning and we have given onpar250 and fever reduced and again increased 6hrs gap.with102 now we have given Mental p. What is this causing. He is having cold and cough. What kind of a fever it is? do Immediately take him to hospital or wait until morning.. He is active while no fever. Thank you, Ravikanth

Antipyretics like acetaminophen or paracetamol can be tried for symptomatic relief.
