Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe cold with ear congestion which is due to upper respiratory infection which spread to ears via eustachian tube and leading to its dysfunction.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray along with otoscopic examination of ears. You should do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day and avoid cold carbonated beverages. You should take combination of antibiotic Levofloxacin along with antihistamine such as Levocetirizine. Apply warm compresses on ear.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
