Suggest Treatment For Severe Collar Bone Pain

I am 42female, 5 foot 4 weighing 9 stone 13 pound. Last 3 weeks intermittent throbbing sensation above right collar bone. Goes for a day then returns, may last a few seconds but today its been constant for last 10 minutes. I have been diagnosed with de quvains of right thumb.
