Suggest Treatment For Severe Concussion And Headaches

I was in a car accident yesterday and I believe I suffered a concussion. I now have a bad headache, sore neck, light sensitivity, and every time I try to do work my symptoms worsen. In the past two hours I have developed a bruise around one of my eyes and my headache has gotten slightly worse. Should I go to a doctor now or can I wait until morning? Is it okay if I take a pain medication or melatonin to help me sleep?
