Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation And Gastritis

Hello, i have problems with constipation for years. If i go more than once a week i am happy. And to mention i use restoralax lately and its not helping much. Even in period of few months i ate lot of fruit and vegetables and still no changes. In admission to that i have very painful periods and use ibuprofen pills (400 mg, 2 pills every 5 to 6 hours because its only way that helps in worst couple of days of period). Because of lot of pills, years ago minor gastritis developed. Somehow i think its all connected. I just had a painful day and took 6 pills yesterday, today gastritis is killing me and i am afraid to eat. If i dont take my pills i am not able to walk, if i take them stomach hurts really bad and on top of that i cant poop like normal people do. Do you have any suggestion? I know its time to see the doctor and i sure will asap.
