Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation And Rectal Bleeding

I have been constipated for 4 day s now and I constantly feel like I have to go and now that I have tried I have been bleeding I have taken a cleanser to help bowel movements which usually works for me but didn t now I tried a laxative and still nothing I can feel like there s a blockage and it s weird to sit down what can I do

First of all bowels obstruction should be ruled out. I suggest you to consult your doctor and have abdominal x-ray done.
Secondly a mass in the large intestine has to be ruled out. To do that colonoscopy is necessary. Please do not ignore your symptoms and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
