Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

I have been having trouble moving my bowels for almost a week I have had to go to the bathroom and couldn t . i drank gallons of water and used fiber one .i got to the point of being miserable I bought fleet suppposotories . I took two on Saturday and waited an hour and I felt nothing so I decided to keep using them . So all I felt was uncomfortable and sat on the toilet straining and so I went through a whole bottle of them in two days . But I woke u and had one but it was tiny so I used another 3 suppposotories and held it an hour , I finally went four times and my stomach lost 20 lbs it felt like normal . I . Have gall stones an usually struggle with diarheA but I have noticed some symptoms of ibs . I m not sure what I should ask my doctor for . I m thinking about asking for colace as a prn I m on 6 prescriptions but none cause constipation but I do have hard stools sometimes I take an adhd med and usually will go days without eating much then I ll binge and I know that s not good either .. I m not sure what doctor I should talk to about this I have a hard time finding a decent primary care doctor . I m comfortable asking my ob /GYN for a treatment if need be . Before I would have a complete bowel movement every 3 days . But when I got gall stones I I would have bad diarheA or hard stoools but go a couple times daily but when it s normal I have had been in the hospital and when the doctor found out I only go once every 3 days they had quite a few medications ready for me I refused them because I was regular and to suffice the nurse I took the colace and the ducolax which they had me on both colace and two ducolax suppposotories in the am and before bed which made my body Want to only go if I used a suppository so I was very uncomfortable for the next week using waterband high fiber dietb
