Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

It takes forever for me to pass stool. I had corn 6 days ago and just started to pass it. I have been DX with IBS, but i think there is another problem. I usually have to push up on the perineum to have a bowel movement, or I don t go for a week, then can t stop going.
