Hi.welcome to HCM. CORONARY ECTASIA presents variedly in various people depending on the pattern of ecstatic vessels. It can range from being asymptomatic to suffer a heart attack due to reduced blood flow. This pattern can be accurately determined with a coronary angiography-which involves passing of radiocontrast dye into the heart,to study the vasculature.Aberrant vessels can be treated with PTCA-percutaneous coronary angioplaty-which involves repair of ecstatic vessel through stent placement.Drugs like aspirin should be simultaneously used.Consult a cardiologist for further assistance. Thank you.
