Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough Along With Difficulty Breathing

I Am Having Bad Cough and Cold literally Dry Cough like Asthma Patient..Chest Is Paining While i Cough whistle like Sound Iz coming out straight from the Heart while Coughing And Leaves Me Breathless..Can t Breathe Properly At All..Inhaling From my mouth continiously even Thats Not Sufficient,Somehow making it..PLZ suggest me a Syrup..Should I Take Grilinctus*(BM) or just the plane Grilinctus .And do I need Antibiotic Tabs along with it And Which One..Plz Explain the difference Between These Two Syrups And My Condition As well..

Hello,
You are having cough , chest pain , difficult breathing , as all these symptoms may be due to bronchoconstriction ( caused by some allergens as mite, dust , mold , pollen ,pests , sudden increase or decrease in temperature ).
Bronchoconstriction produces such type of symptoms , so you require some bronchodilator syrup .
As all these symptoms may be due to allergy so in my opinion antibiotics is not necessary .
Grinlinctus B M syrup contains terbutaline (bronchodilator ) and bromhexine , as this syrup will help you and you will get relief.
Hot coffee and steam inhalation also provide instant relief.
