Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Chest Pain

I have a terrible cough, my chest hurts from coughing. I felt some mild cold symptoms a couple days ago, but the cough and a headach started yesterday. I start coughing when I talk and I get out of breath walking to any distance. Taking that into account, I help out with a group of kids at our church, tonight I am an extra person with our 4th grade girls. Do you think I am contageous and shouldn t go, or if I don t breath on them I should be ok? I don t want to let them down, but don t want to make anyone sick. thanks

I completely understand ur problem
first of all u should consult a chest physician or a pulmonologist who can evaluate and treat your condition.secondly yes most of the respiratory tract inections are contagious and can be transmitted to others.as per your situation u feel breathless just by walking a short distance so u better first go to a doctor and take some medications.if you feel relieved you can go easily and there will be no danger to the kids also.
