Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Excessive Mucus In Throat

I had a cold about a month ago, but I'm still coughing, I have a tickle in my throat, I have mucus in my throat but am not coughing it out, I'm constantly clearing my throat. I haven't really taken any medicine for it. It's getting really annoying. It seems to get worse when I'm out of breath from exercising. Whats going on?

do warm saline gurgling. can take ezythral 500mg for threedays. take chewable vitaminc 500mg daily. you will improve.
