Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough, Chills And Body Pain

i have coughing asthma, i have been coughing hard for a week, i thought i just pulled a muscle in my side, after taking tylenol and robitussin and my inhaler, the pain got better, but doesn t last, i had a particial hysterectomy at age 39.and then had a laporoscopy ,for severe ovary pain, he found a iece of fat got caught on bowel and was ready to break off, when he touched it it broke off. now that i have had this for week Tues, i am super hot on my skin like the flu, hurts to touch me all over, but i am in heavy clotheres robe and blanket becasue i am freezing cold, i live in Az.
