Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough Despite Taking Medication

My Husband has had a bad cough for about 8 days due to sinus drainage. But his hands were cold and clammy when Id he isn t able to do much gave him advil and benodryl with cough drops. He isn t able to sleep because his cough is so persistent. This is worse than his normal allergies but it s his first year on Disability and he doesn t have Medicare yet (or any other insurance.) Would a walk-in clinic be able to help? He s 55

He may be suffering from acute bronchitis, pneumonitis or sinusitis with post nasal discharge. Avoid cool drinks, freeze water, smoking, and caffeine drinks.
