Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough In A Child

Hi my son is 2 and a half years,he is on foracorte since 1 month,he was ok when his schools were closed,b it now since last week he s having cough,cold was also there for 2 days doctor prescribed livolin puffs and relent,now cold is .not there but he s coughing a lot ,what should I give him?should I stop relent and give ambrolites along with livolin and foracorte or sething else?

I really appreciate your concern, try to avoid given all the medicines or any product (Health related) if it is not at all indicative or no disease condition are there but always try to give staple food, balance diet, it is all and not need to give commercially available food supply hope this information helps.
