Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been prescribed montelukast and antibiotic course

Let me know whether cough is dry or wet??
It seems to be allergic cough because montelukast prescribed

Your work up done as follow..
_CBC
_Auscultation
_chest x ray and
_spirometry to assess severity and decide further management

Avoid smoking if having habit

If spirometry suggest towards chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than ipratropium bromide like inhaler can be prescribed

Take one tsp turmeric powder with milk daily

Take one tsp honey and lime juice and take early in morning

If dry cough more than cough suppressant syrup like dextromethorphan can be prescribed

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult pulmonologoist for examination and discuss all these
