Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

Severe cough since 45 days. RBC count is 3 millions and HB is 9. X-Ray confirms that mild prominence of broncho vasular markings in both the lungs. Used antibiotics MOXICIP with DOXOFILE and Montymo fx…however the condition is worse after stopping the medication. Please advice.

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should get done pulmonary function test (PFT) And rule out bronchitis.
I also advice you to consult pulmonologist and discuss your symptoms as I think you are having bronchitis.
Inhaled therapy is always the treatment of choice for bronchitis.
So better to start meter dose inhalers having long acting beta 2 agonist and inhaked corticosteroids.
This will certainly help you.
So consult pulmonologist and get done PFT.
