Suggest Treatment For Severe Cramps And Abdominal Heaviness After Embryo Transfer

I had an Embryo Transfer 8 days ago & I go on for my blood test in 2 days. I have done & felt pretty good through out until today, I have had major cramping , heaviness in the abdomen. I know they say that can be normal but, I hv just laid down all day it hurt so uncomfortably. I thought maybe constipation but, I hope nothing worse. I also have had NO bleeding thus far.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Experiencing abdominal cramps and heaviness without bleeding after embryo transfer could be due to constipation as well.
Kindly take adequate rest and drink good quantity of fluids. Also take food rich in dietary fibre and consume soft and easily digestible diet. Relax and engage yourself which would make you comfortable.
You need to seek medical attention in case these symptoms worsen or continues.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best.
