Suggest Treatment For Severe Cramps And Pain In Hamstring And Inner Thigh

I have been experiencing alot of muscle cramping, mostly hamstring and inner thigh that tightens into dibilitating pain. It starts with muscle quivering and one wrong move puts me into a bad charlie horse. The only way to relieve it , is with heat and drinking tonic water. I do have a strenuous job as a bakery mixer. I lift 50 pound bags all day and rake 3000 lb. doughs into troughs all day. I also go up and down stairs constantly. I m a 55 year old female, non smoker, and approx 50 lbs overwieght Any hints for relief?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be fibromyalgia such condition could be due to some functional condition and it is most advisable to come out of this condition instead to treat the pain, try some exercise, yoga, meditation, relaxation therapy, be positive, and practical, hope this information helps, take care.
